HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
In general, please allow approximately 2 - 4 weeks* for delivery.
For personalized products, please give us time to actually make it. Meaning, when you place an order, the processing time is 3 – 5 business days* before it ships. Processing time includes (but is not limited to) working on your submitted photo, quality checks, and packaging.
After processing, please allow 7 – 10 business days* for shipping. You will get email notification when your order ships.
Business days are Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays).
It may take longer during holiday seasons. However, rest assured that we have a full refund guarantee should you not receive your item/s in 60 days.
